Craft beer to drink and …to eat

Summer starts on 21 June.

But this won’t be the only important event of the day, in fact on Friday there will be an evening dedicated to craft beer at the Chef for Passion restaurant in Salerno.
Maneba craft beer will be tasted during the dinner in some of its varieties, for example: L'Oro di Napoli a decidedly hoppy lager, Vesuvia a malty bitter, and Clelia a wheat beer produced in a Belgian tradition.

Also the dishes of the menu will be cooked in Maneba craft beer.
Chef Raffaele Rossi will prepare for us: 
Slices of Caserta suckling pig dressed with green salad and raspberries with Clelia beer 
Risotto with goat’s cheese and celeriac flavoured with L'Oro di Napoli beer 
Beef in a fake tomato "pizzaiola" sauce cooked in Vesuvia wheat beer 
An apple dessert with Masaniello beer
There can’t be a better way to welcome the summer!
