Off to the pizza lesson!

I wonder how many of you like pizza, I love it. Here in Campania there are lots of different types: traditional round pizza, pizza by metre or fried pizza, you just have to choose which one like best.
But what could be better than making your own pizza and being able to eat one anytime you like? 
Well, you can learn how to make a pizza on Wednesday, May 8th when chef Michele Leo holds one of his lessons at the Chef for Passion restaurant and cooking school in Salerno.

I took part in the last lesson and I learned all about rising, flour and dough.
In the usual carefree and informal atmosphere of the Chef for Passion cooking school, the master pizza chef of the “Gambero Rosso” cookery school passes on to his students the passion and enthusiasm he has for his work, explaining in simple terms the techniques needed to make a great pizza in a baking tray or pan.
The pizzas made during Michele Leo’s lessons are so good that you won’t able to wait to make them again at home!
